Tuna Pasta Bake
Ingredients:
1 small onion
2 x 400g tinned tomatoes
1 cup of frozen vegetables of your choice
3/4 cup of water
425g can of chunk tuna in oil
200g Spiral pasta
1 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Method:
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees fan forced
Heat a saucepan to a high heat add onion until it is browned
Add in tin of tomatoes, water and frozen vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes or until thickened.
Turn off the stove , add cooked pasta and tuna to the saucepan and mix through
Place in oven proof dish , sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until golden
