Banana Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Small ripe bananas
2 eggs
4tbsp wholemeal self raising flour
Spray oil
Fruit to top pancakes
Method:
Mash bananas in a medium bowl until smooth. Whisk in egg, then flour until smooth. Set aside.
Lightly spray a medium non-stick frypan with oil and heat over medium heat. Spoon batter into the pan at your desired size and spread out to a 1 cm thickness. continue till your batter is all cooked.
Top with fruit of your choice
