Overnight Oats

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup of Milk

  • Toppings

  • yoghurt to mix through

Method:

  1. Combine milk and oats in a container

  2. Seal the container and shake to mix

  3. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hrs

  4. Take out of the fridge and add toppings and mix through yoghurt

Topping choices:

You could try peanut butter, fruit, yoghurt, cinnamon, honey, maple syrup, muesli or frozen berries.

Tip: If using frozen berries add these in when you combine the milk and rolled oats.
